Return and Refund Policy

Stronger Together by Frankie does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please check your product selection carefully before ordering.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply to all purchases, including preorders and sale items.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order number, details of the issue and photographs where possible.

For a major product failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we will provide a remedy as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and refunds
Please contact us before posting an item back so we can provide return instructions. Where a product is confirmed to have a fault, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
