Terms of Service

Welcome to Stronger Together by Frankie. These terms apply to purchases through our online store.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please review your items, quantities and delivery details before placing an order.

Products
Please read each product description carefully. Items marked “preorder” are not currently in stock. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Product photographs may include decorative props that are not included in your purchase.

Preorders
Estimated dispatch for preorder items is 3–4 weeks after ordering. Delivery time is additional. Express shipping does not shorten the preorder wait. If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you with an update and available options. If we cannot supply your purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item and any applicable shipping charges.

Shipping
We currently offer delivery within Australia. Standard shipping is $11 and Express shipping is $15. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

Returns and consumer rights
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle product issues. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy
We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
