Shipping Policy

Stronger Together by Frankie currently ships within Australia.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $11 AUD per order.
Express shipping: $15 AUD per order.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Preorders
Products marked “preorder” have an estimated dispatch time of 3–4 weeks after ordering. Delivery time is additional. Choosing Express shipping does not shorten the preorder wait.

If your preorder is delayed, we will contact you with an update and available options.

In-stock items
Products marked as in stock are available for dispatch without the preorder wait. For a dispatch estimate or an order containing both in-stock and preorder items, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the postal service. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages, and arrival dates are estimates.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly.

Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
